Organized Industrial Zones (OIZs) are designed to enable companies to operate using existing infrastructure and social facilities. The infrastructure provided in these zones includes roads, water, natural gas, electricity, communications, waste treatment, and other services.
There are currently 392 OIZs in 81 provinces, 274 of which are active; construction of the remaining 118 OIZs is currently underway in various regions of Turkey. Furthermore, over 67,000 companies operate in OIZs across more than 32,000 parcels of land, providing employment for over 2 million people.

- Property tax exemption for five years, effective from the completion of facility construction.
